Method: Build up into the glass filled with ice, stir and serve.
50ml - Psychis Mastiha Spirit
100ml - Tonic water (Alternatives: Bitter Lemon or Lemon Tonic)
Glass: Old- fashioned
Garnish: Lemon or orange peel
Method: Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into ice filled glass.If you use egg white firstly dry shake the egg white to make the foam and then shake along with the other ingredients with ice.
50 ml - Psychis Mastiha Spirit
20 ml - fresh lemon juice
1 dash Angostura aromatic bitters
20 ml - fresh egg white
Glass: Highball or Collins
Garnish: Basil sprig
Method: Lightly Muddle basil with lemon wedges in base of glass. Add Psychis Mastiha Spirit, lemon juice and sugar. Half fill glass with crushed ice and stir. Fill glass with more crushed ice and stir some more. Top up with soda, stir and serve with straws.
6 fresh Basil leaves

2 lemon wedges or 20ml - fresh lemon juice
5ml - simple syrup
Top up with Soda

Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

20 ml – Vodka
30 ml - Cranberry juice
20 ml - fresh lime juice

30 ml - Psychis Mastiha Spirit
20 ml - Vodka
20 ml - fresh lemon juice
5 ml - simple syrup
1 dash Peychaud’s bitters
Glass: Collins or Highball
Garnish: Mint sprig or cucumber slice
Method: Muddle cucumber in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, Shake with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice and serve with straw.
30ml - Psychis Mastiha Spirit
20ml - Dry Gin
2 inch Cucumber
20 ml - fresh lemon juice
5ml / ¼ oz simple syrup
Glass: Old-fashioned
Garnish: Chilled olive on stick or lemon zest twist
Method: Pour all the ingredients into ice-filled glass and stir well.

20 ml - Dry Vermouth
20 ml – Suze
Glass: Old-fashioned
Garnish: Strawberry slice or Orange slice
Method: Muddle the strawberries lightly in the bottom of shaker.
Add the rest of the ingredients, shake with ice and fine strain in glass filled with ice.
